This pressed pigment palette is creamy, soft and plush metallics and buildable Velvet Mattes.
Our newest metallic formula "hand pressed pearls" a unique formulation that can be used wet or dry.
This means the ultra fine pearls are activated when heat or water is applied. To get the best application use a finger for maximum pigment.
You can add a setting spray or water to the pigment to intensify the shade.
