Returns

We gladly accept returns within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging, exactly as received.
Starting a Return

Once submitted, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will cover all return costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something isn’t right, we sincerely apologise.
Please email Help@YourBeautyEdit.co.uk with:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item
Our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 working days for inspection and processing.
You’ll receive email confirmation as soon as this is complete.

Refunds
Refunds are usually issued within 5–10 working days after inspection.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds in your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
